How do I find my wrist size?
Measure just above the wrist bone with a soft tape or a strip of paper, then add 1 cm for a close fit or 2 cm for a looser one. Unsure? Go one size up.
Will it look exactly like the photo?
Very close, but natural stones vary in colour, veins and inclusions, and screens show colour differently. That's what makes each piece one of one.
How do I pay?
Checkout runs on Stripe. Pay by Visa or Mastercard, and where available FPX online banking, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card details never touch our site.
How fast is delivery?
We pack in 1–2 working days, then West Malaysia takes 2–4 working days. East Malaysia and Singapore take a little longer. You'll get an email when it ships.
What if something's wrong?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out with you. Filming the unboxing makes any courier claim much easier.
How do I care for it?
Take it off before showering, swimming or the gym, and keep it away from perfume and lotion. Amber, pearl and agarwood are soft, so store it on its own in its pouch.
